Mr. Shah Sayed Kamal

Founder & Chairman

  

ECM Services Ltd was founded by Mr. Shah Sayed Kamal, our esteemed Chairman who embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the remarkable age of 20 while pursuing his studies in the Economics Department at Dhaka University.

Mr. Kamal initially co-founded Anupam with three of his close college friends, demonstrating early leadership and business acumen. Building on this foundation, he later established ECM Services Ltd, which has grown to become one of Bangladesh's most trusted names in defense and industrial equipment supply

Mr. Navid Kamal

Managing Director

Navid has over 13 years of experience in defense procurement and international trade. He has worked in different capacities for ECM before taking on the role as Managing Director. He plays a key role in managing operations, overseeing and maintaining strategic partnerships with European and Asian manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery to our customers.

With 14 years in defense procurement and after-sales support, 10 years in manufacturing and factory management, and 18 years in media and communications, Mr. Labik Kamal offers a rare blend of technical and strategic leadership. At ECMSL, he guides operations and builds international partnerships that strengthen business growth.
